Knaak has served as local counsel on a number of major constitutional
cases before the Federal Courts, recently serving as legal counsel to the Minnesota Secretary of State in the recent
Redistricting litigation. He was also lead counsel for the Minnesota Senate Republican Caucus in a recount dispute
in southern Minnesota.

Minnesota, is a multi-state Title Insurance agency. Originally formed as part of Ancona Title & Escrow in Knaak's
real estate law practice, it is now a separately incorporated business focussed on title, closing and escrow services.
Its current exclusive underwriter is The Talon Group, itself a division of First American Title.
