North Oaks Title in Minnesota, is a multi-state Title Insurance agency. Originally formed as part of Ancona Title & Escrow in Knaak's real estate law practice, it is now a separately incorporated business focussed on title, closing and escrow services. Its current exclusive underwriter is The Talon Group, itself a division of First American Title.
